Positive Vibe – dealing with tough times

Dear friends

I hope this email finds you well.

The reason why I’m writing to you is because I can see how many of us are being extremely energy-drained and worried about what will happen , and where #Egypt is heading to!

And while this may be the concern of all of us these days, please pay attention that worrying and being afraid will not make the country’s situation better, yet it will make YOUR SITUATION WORSENS!

Understanding that all of this is part of the divine plan might help a little, and remembering that Egypt have passed through more severe eras before, names like the Hyksos, the Mongols and other names could come to memory of times when a lot of people had doubts on whether the country will be able to pull through or not….and it did:)

your job is not to worry about what might happen, your job is to try to do what you can do, even if it is as small as making a forward (only after checking the reliability of the source!), to writing your positive views, or to even comfort someone in pain or in need. and if you can’t do any of the above, then I suggest you do yourself a favor, deactivate your facebook account for a while, switch off your news channels, and watch any comedy movie or even “friends”.

the more you raise your vibration (being positive), the better you will be able to handle these times, and help those around you to do the same. – Also #meditation is a great help for those who know how to do it.

final thing, instead of cursing anything or anybody, pray for the good thing…shift your attention from what you don’t want…to what you want…and #trust #God that everything will be good (actually better than before..:)))
